$37 million capital raising

McCullough Robertson’s Equity Capital Markets team has successfully advised leading Australian AI technology company, BrainChip Holdings Limited (ASX: BRN) in raising additional funds up to A$37 million to support the continued commercialisation of its Akida™ neuromorphic technology platform and the development of its expanding product portfolio of next-generation edge AI products.

The capital raise was facilitated via a fully underwritten A$35 million institutional placement to professional and sophisticated investors, together with a non-underwritten Share Purchase Plan to raise up to A$2 million from eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.
