Hybrid Power Station Project

Negotiating the project contracts for the construction and operation of an off-grid hybrid power station comprising gas, solar, wind and battery components at a mine in Western Australia.

Sydney Metro and Gold Coast Light Rail Projects

Advising a multinational trading house in relation to its equity stakes in the Sydney Metro Project and the Gold Coast Light Rail Project, including its contractual arrangements with the State, D&C and O&M contractors and lenders.

Mine establishment and operations

Advising mine owners and contractors in relation to their contractual arrangements for the establishment, development and operation of various open cut and underground mining operations.

MacIntyre Wind Farm Project

Advising a large contractor in relation to its successful bid to perform various major electrical works packages in respect of the $2 billion MacIntyre Wind Farm development.

Elliott Green Power

Advising Elliott Green Power in relation to the delivery and operation of its three solar farms in Australia: the 98MW Susan River Solar Farm and 75MW Childers Solar Farm in south east Queensland and the 132MW Nevertire Solar Farm in New South Wales.
