He provides assistance across the full employment lifecycle, from preparing employment contracts, to assisting with issues and disputes arising during employment, and representing clients in litigated matters. Jack often appears in the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and Queensland Human Rights Commission.
Jack is a former Associate to a Member of the Fair Work Commission, and has a keen understanding of Fair Work Commission processes and potential impacts of litigation. Jack uses his experience to identify practical solutions for his clients serving their business needs.

Providing ongoing assistance to a large home care provider on a broad range of national employment issues, including successfully bargaining for a single interest enterprise agreement across more than 30 different franchised offices.
Assisting a large private sector client to resolve a general protections court claim on commercially beneficial terms, including securing undertakings to protect the client’s confidential information.
Representing several separate not-for-profit organisations in respect of complex and ongoing litigation involving allegations of discriminatory conduct.
Assisting a large private sector entity with ongoing payroll auditing processes, providing interpretation advice on more than a dozen applicable industrial instruments.
