Disputes, Restructuring and Insolvency
Dee assists a range of clients including secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, insolvency practitioners, directors, a range of public and private entities, as well as state and commonwealth government clients.
She has experience in both transactional and litigious restructuring and insolvency matters. Dee has also acted in regulatory investigations, enforcement actions and other claims brought by government entities and corporate clients.
Dee is the coordinator of McCullough Robertson’s pro bono involvement in LawRight’s community legal service clinics and facilitates the Firm’s provision of legal services to pro bono clients.

Acting for and advising various stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors throughout the liquidation, voluntary administration and receivership processes.

Acting for large corporate and government clients in a range of disputes including breach of contract, environmental misconduct, fraud and restructuring and insolvency matters.

Acting for the Liquidators of an online wealth management platform company in a multi-million dollar claim against a former director of the company for misuse of company funds.

Acting for liquidators of a failed international stockbroking firm in respect of the reconciliation and distribution of commingled trust funds.
