Also advising that same client with respect to the interpretation of an industrial instrument in the context of an employee grievance.
Advising on major safety incidents and prosecutions in the New South Wales District Court and New South Wales Industrial Relations Court.
Advising and acting for clients in various employment litigation including unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims.
Acting for a professional association in disciplinary proceedings in New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
