McCullough Robertson has successfully assisted E3 Advisory in its sale to London Stock Exchange listed Ricardo Group plc (RCDO).

E3 Advisory specialises in infrastructure planning, transaction management, delivery strategies, and claim preparation across sectors like transport, energy, water, and mining, providing tailored support to government and private clients. Ricardo Group plc is a global consulting firm that complements these services by offering expertise in environmental solutions, sustainable development, clean energy, and advanced engineering across a wide range of industries.

The acquisition of E3 Advisory supports Ricardo’s environmental and energy transition capabilities and allows Ricardo to take a leading position within the Australian market in the transport, energy, water, mining and technology sectors.

The sale involved the transfer of an 85% interest for $101.4 million, with the remaining 15% expected to be acquired after 3 years.
