Laura is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate Advisory team, known for her expertise supporting clients in the resources, renewables and critical minerals industries. Her practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial transactions, with particular focus on private sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic project development. 

Laura regularly advises on joint venture arrangements, complex royalty structures, security arrangements and distressed asset sales. She has acted for a range of large, listed and international clients, particularly in the mining and critical minerals space, and brings industry insight to each transaction.

She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating key project and transaction documents, including share and asset sale agreements, royalty deeds, loan agreements, and security documents. Laura is adept at managing multifaceted transactions, handling intricate due diligence and providing solutions-focused advice.

Her ability to balance legal rigour with a clear understanding of business drivers makes her a trusted advisor to clients navigating both established operations and emerging markets.
