Jenna is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure front-end team with experience spanning across both private and public sectors in various jurisdictions of Australia including, major government and transport projects as well as residential and commercial construction projects.

Adopting a full-service approach to assist clients, she provides support across preparing, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, consultancy and service agreements, contract administration documents, and providing clients with legislative and contract management advice throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Jenna has practiced construction law since 2018, both in-house and in private practice, and assists a broad range of clients including Australian Commonwealth, State and Local Government entities, developers, contractors, subcontractors, universities, and other private and public-sector clients.

Jenna’s clients value her on her ability to balance legal requirements with commercial outcomes, delivering strategic advice that is both practical and responsive to complex legal issues and client needs.
