With experience across a variety of construction and commercial disputes, coupled with his past experience as a lawyer for the Legal Services Commission, Chris provides strategic, timely and commercially driven advice regarding potential claims, dispute resolution and litigation.
Chris was the Associate to the Honourable Justice Frances Williams of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2020.

Acting for the contractor in relation to upgrade works of a gas processing facility.

Acting in an international arbitration in respect of the construction of a biodiesel refinery and gas processing plant.

Advising a Queensland Government department in relation to delay and defects liability in respect of ongoing construction projects.

Advising the Legal Services Commissioner in relation to discipline application and injunction proceedings pursuant to the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld).
