Ann-Janette has over 20 years’ experience in property law.  As a special counsel in our real estate practice, she specialises in providing concise, commercial and accessible property advice across multiple Australian jurisdictions.

Ann-Janette has a depth of experience across a wide range of real estate transactions including capital acquisitions and disposals (commercial, industrial and rural), leasing – acting for both landlords and tenant, flat land and high-rise development (residential, mixed use, community title scheme and commercial), and property advisory work.

She acts for a wide variety of clients, ranging from government (all levels) and statutory bodies to public and private developers, ASX-listed companies and financial institutions. Ann-Janette is also an integral member of the McR Private team, supporting our family office and private clients.
