David is an Accredited Tax Law Specialist and Chartered Tax Adviser. He has over 25 years’ experience acting for taxpayers of all types including individuals, SMEs, and listed and unlisted public companies across all aspects of tax law.

David’s direct intervention with the Australian Tax Office has often resulted in a quick and inexpensive resolution of what could otherwise be a lengthy and expensive court case. He is a robust litigator as demonstrated by many successful outcomes won both in the AAT and courts. His philosophy is that litigation should be the last not the first resort.
