Astrid is a Special Counsel in our Real Estate Group, with over 18 years’ experience advising on complex property transactions across the commercial and property sectors. She specialises in commercial, industrial and retail leasing, tenant disputes, property acquisitions and disposals, and due diligence.

She acts for property developers, real estate fund managers, private family offices, receivers and managers, national tenants, childcare operators, government departments and government owned corporations.  Astrid also advises on national leasing portfolios and has significant experience working with institutional landlords and major tenants on leasing arrangements covering retail shopping centres, industrial sites, and State leasehold land.

Astrid represents both landlords and major tenants, and is recognised for her commercial approach, providing clear and practical advice to resolve tenant disputes and manage property assets efficiently. Her commercial insight and industry knowledge enable her to deliver strategic outcomes across all stages of property transactions.
