Alex acts for a diverse range of clients, including ASX-listed, private and unlisted public companies, SMEs, c-suite officers, and other individuals. His practice covers all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on corporate, contractual and financial services disputes.
Alex also has significant experience in class actions, including most recently in a multi-party shareholder class action arising out of the high-profile collapse of an ASX-listed company. He has acted in several precedent-setting cases concerning class actions and litigation funding, following a significant background advising clients on externally funded commercial disputes.
Practising across all Australian jurisdictions, Alex regularly appears in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. He is known for his ability to manage complex disputes, while ensuring his clients’ strategic and commercial objectives are met.
