As a financing specialist, Anthony has extensive experience across a broad range of financing transactions including general corporate finance, real estate finance and Islamic finance.
Prior to joining McCullough Robertson, Anthony spent eleven years in various legal roles at National Australia Bank, including senior leadership roles, supporting NAB’s Business and Private Bank and Corporate and Institutional Bank.
While working for NAB, providing end-to-end transactional legal services to enable lending to SMEs, emerging businesses and large corporates operating across a diverse range of sectors including commercial real estate, agribusiness, health, professional services, hospitality, government and education – while also supporting product development and launches, and transformational and simplification projects and initiatives.
Providing specialist support on financing transactions including senior and mezzanine, domestic and cross-border, bilateral, club and syndicated.
