This involved making layered enquiries to establish the basis for the disclosure, a deep analysis of data sets, and conducting detailed interviews with participants.

Sexual harassment investigation

Acting in a significant sexual harassment investigation for an energy sector client involving multiple complainants which was contested in full by the defendant. This involved careful consideration of conflicting accounts, documentary and witness evidence and scrupulous adherence to procedural fairness.

Reportable conduct and academic misconduct investigations

Conducting multiple investigations into allegations of reportable conduct for a government client and alleged misconduct for a high profile education sector client.
