Providing whole of project support, her clients span across various industries including education, aviation, property development and government agencies, with specialist knowledge in the preparation of pro forma project documentation for various infrastructure projects.
Julia regularly negotiates and drafts all forms of construction and infrastructure documentation including: design and construct, and construct-only agreements, supply and install agreements, and supply only agreements, as well as consultancy agreements, prior management agreements, bespoke early works, ECI agreements, access deeds, and Tender documents, including conditions of tender and tender schedules.
Assisting in preparing, negotiating and finalising contracts for various forms of engagements including consultancy, design and construct, construct only, supply and install, supply only, operation and maintenance and services agreements on various projects.
Advising a leading property developer on the full suite of project agreements, including consultancy, early works, and head contractor contracts (AS4902 amended), for developments at Kurraba Point, Lindfield, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour and greater Sydney.
Assisting Deloitte on the review of QQT AFL (Sydney AMP tower) and on the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of consultancy services agreements, ECI agreement and AS4000 for the QQT Fitout Project, the Parramatta Square development, Canberra airport and the Festival Tower Adelaide fit out projects.
Assisting various NSW Councils in preparing proforma procurement documents (tender conditions, returnable schedules and general conditions of contract).
Preparing suite of template contract documents including request for Tender, general conditions of contract and specifications for multiple universities based in NSW including project specific negotiation and finalisation of construct- only contracts, design & construct contracts, maintenance agreements, consultancy (including design consultancy) agreements, project management / superintendent agreements for various projects undertaken at multiple campuses.
Assisting in re-negotiating a partially completed three tower mixed use development, including the negotiation and execution of three head contracts together with ongoing project delivery advice. Also assisting in managing consultant and subcontractor novations, and preparing tender documentation and template subcontracts to engage new trades.
Drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts for Australia-wide major shopping centre operators including providing ongoing project delivery assistance.
