David works with clients on construction projects across a range of sectors from government, project developers and mining companies, to contractors and not-for-profit organisations.
David has drafted and negotiated a range of contracts from consultancy, hire and services contracts, to EPC, D&C and construct only contracts (including entire contract suites for some clients). His contracts have been used on a wide variety of projects from public infrastructure and long-term asset maintenance projects for local governments to large residential projects for developers across multiple jurisdictions.

Developing long term framework agreements to consolidate many of Council’s waste operations and water network maintenance into two collaborative contracts.
Assisting with construction contracts on various projects including the Cairns Innovation Centre and Townsville Innovation Complex.
Advising on construction issues and preparing documents for various developments in Queensland and Victoria (including at Hamilton and Burwood Brickworks).
Drafting key project documentation (including a two stage design and construct) and assisted in negotiations for the new City Hall project.
Assisting with the drafting of works and services contracts (including negotiations with contractors) for its various mines including Byerwen, Jax and Sonoma.
Drafting standard form construct only and design and construct contracts for use in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
