Claire is an experienced Special Counsel in the Real Estate team, having specialised in property law for over 24 years.

She provides her clients with expert guidance in complex, high-value leasing transactions, representing both landowners and tenants.

With strong experience working across renewables leasing, she has advised both landowners and developers on lease negotiations for renewable energy projects. Her work in this area includes securing land access, option and leasing arrangements for solar farms, wind projects, BESS and other renewable energy developments, balancing the needs of developers with the protection of landowner interests.

She has acted for a diverse client base, including government-owned corporations, local governments, large institutional landlords and tenants (such as shopping centre owners, supermarkets, and anchor tenants), large listed property trusts, and retail tenant chains. Claire also has experience working with community housing providers, advising on matters that support affordable and social housing projects.
